After a treatment plan has been recommended from the initial visit, follow up appointments will follow that recommended structure.

Generally speaking, these appointments will consist primarily of soft tissue therapy and adjustments initially. Depending on the goals of the patient, that may transition to being less soft tissue work + adjustments, and will shift to a focus on rehab/movement strategies.

Rehabilitation and movement strategies are customized to each one of my patients. We utilize state of the art equipment - from kettlebells to cable machines and barbells to sleds we have the ability to load the body in every way possible. For “homework” rehab we will program around whatever equipment is available/preferred at your home, gym, or backyard.
